@leahmoore We are all made of bruises at the moment, but I felt sadder once I had got through the four-days of fever et al. I put that down to the way your capacity for grief always expands when you subconsciously feel yourself in a safer place.

@leahmoore Or when you start crying when they take you off the drip as you suddenly start to believe you are getting better while simultaneously feeling all that weight of how serious it was.

@leahmoore Misting it all. I think we have all lost our temporal bearings a bit as well when it comes to emotions. I am no longer sure whether I feel like crying due to the now of because some tunnel to past heartbreak has started leaking the ooze of indeterminate sadness.
