All the wise children have their special inner maps of the woods. They all have their local pilgrimages, routes of appeasement. Trees they know wood sprites live in, hollows and stumps where you need to leave pennies or cheese taken from fridge as offering. – Cunning Jack Rosehip https://t.co/O2mKYu1SZa

You can‰Ûªt say gardens at Writtling Manor are haunted by the ghost of Bill Parnell, more that they‰Ûªre protected by him. Mind you he does fly into rages if certain plants aren‰Ûªt watered enough. When its all pots and watering cans being thrown, it does look haunted. – Reg Kay #VOH https://t.co/uNytE6IrCa

@MystikPiglit He is the most bullied cat in E17 and so his health and outlook are not the best, but he has been less of a grumpy-guts the last few days and in his own little ways, quite affectionate. It can be quite lovely to have a ginger shadow.

@MystikPiglit Oh I am so pleased to hear that. It is always real grief, because it is real love. However, letting more feline love in can help that grieving. Truth be told, rescue cats are not saved by us, they save us.

@TheWinterMen @pauljholden Writers are great at creating worlds, spaces people want to be. We’re encouraged however, to rent these spaces, to turf people out after they’ve read the book. To pursue ownership models that turn us into landlords, consume vast amounts of time that could be spent creating more.
